How will you keep up with your practice this Summer?
In the summer months, I recognize that it is not always desirable to come inside to practice so we created 2 really exciting opportunities to practice outside. Our Outdoor Charity Yoga classes this summer are a great way to practice outside this summer and our unlimited Summer Pass (on sale until June 21 only!) is an excellent way to take advantage of classes at the studio. At ALL of our Mobile Yoga Programs (including the charity classes) we will be offering special coupons to encourage you to continue your practice at the studio. After all, just because the sun is shining and the days are longer doesn’t mean that we need to forget about taking care of ourselves! Think about the hustle and bustle of September and consider how much calmer and collected you will be if you keep up your practice all summer. Consider bringing a friend or your older children (13+) to a class at the studio as part of a special day with them. Come on your way to the beach (class every weekday from 9:30-10:45) or on the way home from the course (class every weekday from 4:30 – 5:30)!
If you are unable to get to the studio I would LOVE to come to you! The Mobile Yoga program continues this summer and includes inviting me to teach at your paddling clubs and golf courses or even dry-ground training for your team, Think about this….plan a “spa” day at a friends place and include yoga as part of your “ladies’ day in”? Whether you decide to start a new practice or continue your existing one, I want you to know that we are here for you. Our studio is open ALL summer (except Canada Day, Natal Day and Labour Day) and we would love to see you often. It is always wonderful for our teachers to have your energy in their classrooms.
