The Basics of Yoga
Join the creator of ALL YOGA, Kim Curlett, for an afternoon of exploring the basic principles and methods of the practice. You will explore the limbs of yoga including, breath, postures and concentration. In 3 hours we will play, listen, meditate and practice. Suitable for anyone new or returning to the practice who wants to feel more confident on their mat.
The opportunity to experience this enriching afternoon comes along every 6 weeks. The next session will be held on:
April 14th from 1-4 pm, bring a snack but refreshments will be provided.
