After working as a software executive in the USA, Chris Hecimovich turned to yoga and mindfulness as a way to reduce stress and transform his life into one where he felt more fulfilled and passionate. In 2011, Chris studied mindfulness at the Phool A Chatti Ashram in India, and also became a certified Yoga Instructor in Toronto. Chris completed Jon Kabit Zin’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher training program in Spain and Peru. Chris is also the founder and Director of GOOD+HEC.
